This is just a blog about my random thoughts. I have many of them, and where they come from is based on the fact that I live in Tennessee, the best state in the Union! I love sports, Nashville Predators hockey and Miami Dolphins football especially, and I also like NASCAR.

I am also a huge fan of music, progressive rock and metal are my favorites. I may post about the latest release by a band or artist that I’m really digging or have been a fan of for years.

Technology is cool, too! I work in the IT Department for a manufacturing company and I love the challenge. I find it fascinating that we, as a human race, can create things that either talk to other machines, fly, float, reach to the skies, or down beyond the earth’s surface!! We are truly amazing!! And we’re complicated creatures, too!

The name “MGD King” was given to me several years ago because I used to drink a lot of Miller Genuine Draft (MGD) in a bottle, and someone mentioned that I was the king of MGD, so it stuck. I don’t drink MGD any longer, but I do enjoy ice cold Miller Lite, but I don’t drink as much as I did years ago.
